What You Will Need to DIY Your Own DIY Leather Backpack Pattern
- 10 square feet of natural leather
- Waxed thick thread (you can also use unwaxed but it will be harder to sew).
- Rivets, 2 buckles, 4 swivel hooks and 2 Sam Browne Buttons
Tools needed
- A hammer
- Two needles
- A hole puncher
- A regular cutter
For the best results when constructing this pattern, use thick natural leather that is at least 4-5 Oz. you will need to put a bit of muscle into it which is where all the fun lies.
